Affection

Last but not least, affection. And by that I mean putting care in everything I do, trying to do my best and moving forward with a sense of purpose.

I am responsible for what I have achieved, but I could not have done it without the people who, directly or indirectly, support me along the way.

Without them none of this would make sense, so I think they deserve a separate mention in this portfolio:

Simplification

Simplification

I understand simplification as a way of life, applicable to any of its aspects. Some call it minimalism; I prefer to say that it is focusing on what is necessary, on what makes you move forward.

Simplification pushes you to look for simple solutions to complex problems, something fundamental for entrepreneurship today. This has helped me to learn a lot, but focus on little, developing certain useful skills for my projects:

Copywriting

Critical thinking

Creativity

Strategy & Organization

I use this simplification in my projects to streamline processes, improve my productivity and bring order to my day-to-day. To do this, I use certain tools that I consider useful to share:

Taskito.io

I am forgetful, so this To Do’s organization app that allows me not to forget anything I have to do. It’s available on Android and iOS, I use it on my phone because I always carry it with me, it’s more convenient.

Notion

Notion is a cross-platform task organizer, i.e. a productivity application that allows you to manage your work and personal life planning. I use it to dump all the information of my projects and everything that I find useful and interesting.

Holded

Holded is a management software for modern companies. The system brings together everything companies need in one place: invoicing, accounting, CRM, team management, project and inventory management. Within Navia, I usually take the financial role in projects, managing everything related to this field.

Lithium

As a sick reader, I need to take books with me everywhere I go. Lithium is an Epub reader that does just that. It is available for Android and iOS.

Curiosity

Curiosity

I have always been curious. As a child, I played Lego and imagined fantastic worlds and stories. Thanks to Navia, my team, I have been able to give shape to those childhood dreams, going around the world and living unique experiences.

But, not everything has been easy. To be able to afford these trips we have done everything: cooking hamburgers, organizing events, running a restaurant… Several team members fell by the wayside, but all did their bit to make Navia a better team.

We have worked hard to discover new cultures, learn from them and turn that knowledge into new and better projects. This has been our journey and this is what we have learned:

🇩🇪 Berlin

Our first stop was Berlin. We arrived in November 2020, with the COVID problem still very much with us. Confinements marked the trip, but those difficult moments brought us closer together as a team.

It was our first big test as a team and, despite the difficulties, we were able to pull through and grow together.

🇨🇷Costa Rica

The second stop was Costa Rica, a country full of opportunities, where we were able to interact with the entrepreneurial ecosystem thanks to our collaboration with Fundepos University.

We were able to visit companies such as Huawei and we continue to grow as a team and develop projects with greater impact, with special emphasis on sustainability, an aspect that is very present in the Costa Rican culture.

🇮🇳India & South Korea🇰🇷

The third and final stop was India and South Korea. During 3 months, we lived a unique experience in the Asian continent, a trip that changed us, both personally and professionally.

Through volunteering, conferences, events and client visits, we took our projects to the next level, nourishing ourselves with the singularities of the Indian and Korean entrepreneurial ecosystems.

We visit companies such as Hyundai, volunteer and organize various artistic and cultural events. The finishing touch to 3 years of work and growth as a team.

This is all for the moment, but the journey continues and new destinations and experiences will be waiting for us…

Perseverance

Perseverance

I believe in the value of work and in all my projects (and in general) I try to give my best. I don’t give up easily and I am stubborn in my actions.

That sometimes plays tricks on me, I tend to be a perfectionist and demand a lot from myself. But, it also allows me to learn and grow.

These are the fruits of perseverance:

Gastronetas

Gastronetas is a gastronomic project focused on the organization and realization of cultural events, in collaboration with the city councils of the Valencian Community, where foodtrucks play a fundamental role.

With recent events in Picassent and Xirivella, Gastronetas offers a space where families can enjoy performances, music and delicious foodtrucks.

Dos Cuñados y Medio

Podcast with David Conejero, where we interview people related to the world of entrepreneurship. Always with humor, as we like.

No Art.

The project takes its roots in 2023, in the Basque Country (Spain), with a first objective in mind: to strengthen collaborations between the Basque world and the new emerging artistic currents in South Korea.

Art and culture sustain group identity, shape reality and preserve our history. With its actions, No Art. seeks to preserve these expressive means and create new bonds that bring cultures, artists and, above all, people closer together.

Writer

Since I was a child, books have been part of my life. Over time, I moved from reading to writing. Now I write and help others to publish their works on Amazon, through my services and courses.

At the same time, I continue to train in copywriting and create projects around this knowledge.

Integrity & Transparency

Integrity & Transparency

We could say that this is the most personal part. I have always considered myself a responsible person, who tries to do what he considers «right». I used to think that integrity referred to that, although now I think it’s closer to acting on what one feels and thinks.

We are increasingly faced with situations that are neither black nor white, but grey. For this reason, these values are the base, the ones that sustain all the others.

In turn, sincerity is fundamental to building healthy relationships. So, to know me better, I want to be honest and tell you my strengths and weaknesses.

Let’s go with the easy, the strong points:

Complete Finisher: so much that it goes off the chart… I am a perfectionist, who pays a lot of attention to small details. I try to give my best in each project and I encourage the team to look for the same.
Implementer: I like to get things done and find practical solutions to problems and challenges. Creating strategies and carrying them out, both alone and in a team, is one of my strengths.
Specialist: as a result of testing in very diverse fields, I feel comfortable contributing tools and more complex ideas, which help the team or myself to overcome obstacles. I love reading and learning new things that I can later apply to my projects.

And, now, the part that not many show, the points to improve:

Shaper: it’s true that I feel more comfortable working alone, but when I have to take the initiative in a team, I don’t hesitate to do it. Even so, I prefer to have a more secondary role, focused on making the project progress and the team growing.
Team Worker: saying this is strange, because no one says that they are not good at working in a team, since it is a quality that is highly valued. I prefer to be honest and tell you that it is true that I prefer to work alone, but, after studying a teamwork degree and after years launching projects together, I have improved a lot in that aspect.
Monitor Evaluator: I have good critical thinking, but sometimes I have a hard time being impartial. I am a rational person, but also emotional, and that is reflected in my work and my life.

Advocate (Test Myers-Briggs)

Advocates (INFJs) may be the rarest personality type of all, but they certainly leave their mark on the world. Idealistic and principled, they aren’t content to coast through life – they want to stand up and make a difference. For Advocate personalities, success doesn’t come from money or status but from seeking fulfillment, helping others, and being a force for good in the world.

While they have lofty goals and ambitions, Advocates shouldn’t be mistaken for idle dreamers. People with this personality type care about integrity, and they’re rarely satisfied until they’ve done what they know to be right. Conscientious to the core, they move through life with a clear sense of their values, and they aim never to lose sight of what truly matters – not according to other people or society at large, but according to their own wisdom and intuition.

Strengths

Creative, Insightful, Principled, Passionate & Altruistic.

Weakness

Sensitive to Criticism, Reluctant to Open Up, Perfectionistic, Avoiding the Ordinary & Prone to Burnout
